I apologise for the delay in writing to you but I wanted to personally thank you for organising a truly spectacular holiday in fuerteventura which not only ticked all the right boxes but surpassed all my expectations. I also wanted to take this opportunity to  praise your personal and friendly approach which immediately distinguished Active Surfing holidays is apart apart from the many other travel companies whom I approached for holiday packages and quotes. So much these days is about first impressions, yet sadly customer service where the customer is king is very often overlooked in many organisations where preoccupation with sales targets and numbers take priority, and consequently the personal touch is missing.  As companies strive to achieve more ambitious goals and targets, it seems that the individual commitment, enthusiasm and hard work of team members sadly often goes unrecognised.  For this reason I wanted to make sure you were recognised for your commitment and support in organising an excellent surfing holiday in fuerteventura, as your attention and genuine interest to arrange the right surfing holiday for me was the main reason in the end why I chose to book a holiday with Active Surfing. Not only did you listen to my very specific requests as a single traveller looking to try a new sport and for some adventure, but you were always available to respond to any questions I might have, and provide any further information I required.  Once I made a booking, you offered to arrange flights, and organise all other aspects of the holiday, as well as keep me updated on all arrangements so that I always felt I was in completely reliable and safe hands. Whilst many other adventure companies are polite and courteous,  active adventures truly felt it had that  fun factor which coupled with your warm, friendly and vivacious telephone manner, made active adventures a company who I would recommend to anyone, and one in which I look forward to organising a holiday again in the future.
